Care intervals and included periods can differ by product and agreement. For example, Coway’s Eco Lite page describes service every four months for the specified rental offer, subject to terms.
Confirm size and accessories
Ask whether the quoted package is mattress-only or includes a frame, and whether topper replacement or other parts are included.
Check exactly what you are comparing
The same mattress family may have different sizes, firmness choices and frame packages. A mattress-only quotation should not be compared directly with a package that includes a frame and different care. Ask for the exact variant on every quotation.
Ask for a service schedule
Before signing, ask how often care is scheduled, how to arrange an appointment and which items are included for the selected product. If the agreement ends or you move home, ask Coway how the service and any applicable charges will be handled.
